Dr. Peter Sipos
Dr. Peter Sipos, our Principal Dentist, is a highly experienced professional dedicated to providing the best possible dental care to our community. With a strong educational background, Dr. Sipos graduated from DOTE University in Hungary in 2007. His journey in dentistry led him to private practices in the UK, where he gained valuable experience working in Cornwall, Devon, and Dorset.
In his pursuit of excellence, Dr. Sipos completed his MSc in Endodontics at the University of Chester and earned his Diploma of the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2018. He’s not just an experienced practitioner but also an internationally qualified dentist. In 2012-2014, he successfully achieved NZDREX registration at the University of Otago, New Zealand, allowing him to practice in both New Zealand and Australia. Dr. Sipos has served patients in private practices in Rotorua, the Gold Coast, and the Whitsundays.
In 2022, Dr. Sipos made the exciting decision to purchase the Wudinna and Streaky Bay practices, bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community. Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Sipos and his family have made Streaky Bay their home, embodying the sense of community we hold dear at Streaky Bay & Wudinna Dental.

Melinda Duncan
Melinda Duncan, our Dental Hygienist, is a valued member of our team with a strong background in oral health care. She began her journey in 2002, obtaining a Diploma of Dental Hygiene, and has since worked extensively in Adelaide. Her expertise lies in Orthodontics and Periodontics, particularly in the treatment of gum disease. Melinda remains actively engaged in her field, serving as a Clinical Tutor with the Advanced Diploma of Oral Health.
Melinda’s dedication extends beyond our practice, as she travels to Streaky Bay every month to provide ongoing dental hygiene treatment and education to our community. Her passion for oral health and her commitment to prevention are evident in her work with school children across the Eyre Peninsula, where she imparts valuable Oral Health Education and Oral Hygiene Instruction. Melinda is an essential part of our team, emphasizing the importance of a healthy smile for every member of our community.

Lynda Pickhaver
Lynda Pickhaver is a familiar face in the Streaky Bay and Wudinna dental community, having contributed her expertise for over two decades. She plays dual roles as a Dental Assistant and a part-time Practice Manager. Her extensive experience in both clinical and administrative aspects of dental care makes her an invaluable member of our team.
Lynda’s commitment to our practice ensures its smooth operation, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. Her dedication to maintaining high standards of care is evident in every aspect of her work, and she remains a vital part of the close-knit dental community in our region.

M’Lissa Sampson
M’Lissa Sampson, a beloved member of our team, is passionate about her role as our Receptionist. Married to Grant Sampson, she lives in Warramboo in the family farm and cherishes her life with two children and five grandchildren.
M’Lissa’s dedication to our practice is evident in her warm and welcoming presence as the first point of contact for our patients. Her passion for her job shines through, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all who enter our practice. Stacey Horgan
Stacey Horgan is a dedicated Dental Assistant who joined our team in January after taking care of her four children for the past 12 years. Together with her husband, who runs their family business as a builder, Stacey brings her enthusiasm and commitment to her role as a Dental Assistant.
Stacey finds immense satisfaction in her role, and her genuine enjoyment of assisting in dental care is evident to all our patients. Her positive attitude and dedication to our practice contribute to the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere that defines Streaky Bay & Wudinna Dental.
